Beauty Box Five | August

I have been loving my monthly subscription boxes lately. It's like a gift for myself every month and it's always a surprise. I am sharing what I received in my August box from Beauty Box Five!

Donnamax | Nail File and Case - This is really cute and easy to throw in my bag. I always regret not having a file on hand when a nail snags or breaks while i'm out.

Jerome Alexander | Hot Stuff Go Pop Compact - This is one of my least favorite products this month. I love the bright packaging but the product is not something I would really use.

Hask | Argan Oil Deep Conditioning Treatment - I've tried this treatment before and liked it. I will use it next time I deep condition my hair.

Pur-Lisse | Hydra Balance Moisturizer - Honestly...Pur-Lisse is really overdone. I can't count how many products I have from subscription boxes and bags. It does work though and does not break me out. I can use hydrating products all year round.

Starlooks | Luxe Longwear Eyeliner Pen *Plum* - I really love the color of this eyeliner. It will be perfect for fall and winter. It glides on and has a great consistency.

Beauty Box 5 | November

I am SO pleased with this months Beauty Box 5 that I just can't wait to share it with you all! Holidays are right around the corner, and for a beauty product lover/hoarder like me, I would love to get a monthly subscription of this box as a gift. Each month you receive five products a month delivered right to your door for $12.00 a month - they also have lower rates for quarterly and yearly subscriptions. Here's what I received in my box this month:

Afterfeather | Refillable Travel Bottle - This is an awesome product for anyone who is a traveler because it is TSA-approved. I don't travel on planes that often but this is great to fill with my favorite lotion or product to keep in my bag.

DenTek | Floss Picks + Case - I have used these things for many years. When I had braces I always made sure to keep these in my bag at all times. Now that I don't, I still keep them because no one wants to be stuck with food in their teeth.

HASK | Shine Oil - I have to use an oil on the ends of my hair after I shower. I know its from years and years of bleaching and highlighting my hair. I really felt like this oil worked great and didn't make it greasy like other oils that I have tried.

Laura Ashley | Body Butter - I received the "coconut lime" scent in my box and I am in love. I am such a fan of anything that smells like coconut and lime so this was perfect for me. I have to use a body butter everyday in the winter to keep my dry skin moisturized.

Dove | Deep Moisture Body Wash - I love Dove as a brand and use their products all the time. This is a great body wash because it is gentle and very moisturizing which I need.

Beauty Box 5 | October 2014

Happy Thursday friends, today I am sharing my October Beauty Box 5 subscription.

The Beauty Box 5 is $12.00 a month or $8.00 a month for an annual subscription. Five beauty products delivered right to your door. 

Lashem | Picture Perfect Instant Wrinkle Reducer - I received a Lashem product last month as well and I liked the product. These are very small samples so it's hard to see if you get any good results to see if you would want to purchase the full size. So far though, I am enjoying this product. 

Nanacoco | Nail Polish (Full Size) - I of course love getting new nail polish but this color just is not for me at all. I did see some other girls got different colors, and they were really pretty though!

Extend Your Beauty | Cosmetic Tool (Full Size) This product is pretty cool, I am actually nearing the end of my foundation and I think this product will come in handy. I always hate when my pump stops even though there is quite a bit of product left in the bottle! I'm pretty excited to use this tool, and it's dishwasher safe so you can re-use it!

ChapStick | Hydration Lock (Full Size) I was super excited about this lip product because my lips have been super dry lately and I have been eyeing this since it came out! I love that it has two ends of product; one for moisture and one that says renew. I have been loving it. 

Bellapierre | Cheek and Lip Stain "Pink" - I am not one to get too excited over lip and cheek stains so this wasn't that exciting for me. I think it is a pretty color but too bright for my skin tone. 


With three full size products this month, I am pretty happy!

Beauty Box Five | Radiant and Remarkable

My favorite time of the month is when I look in my mailbox and see a blue little box filled with new products to try out! This month Beauty Box 5 has put together a box that encourages you to be radiant and remarkable.

Purlisse pur~protect SPF 30 | A lightweight moisturizer with SPF. I have received so many Purlisse products lately so I will definitely be passing this along to one of my family members and I know they will enjoy it!

La Fresh travel lite makeup remover wipes | You can never have too many makeup remover wipes in my opinion. I like to keep a small pack in my bag. I have received the La Fresh wipes before and was not a fan of the smell of the other package I have but these seem like the smell is a bit more mild. 

Nanacoco Lip Gloss | I received a really pretty bright pink color. Although this color is a bit out of my comfort zone for lip products I really liked the consistency and that the gloss wasn't sticky. 

Novex brazilian keratin | I am always down to try out products that will help nourish my hair so I will definitely be giving this a try this week! 

Style Essentials nail polish | This nail polish is a blue-ish glitter nail polish. I may be able to use this before the summer is over.

June |Beauty Box 5

This past week I went through my "product closet" which is basically all of my products that I am not using at the moment and gave away and trashed a ton of beauty products that I wasn't using or that were old. I did this just in time to get new products from Beauty Box 5! When it comes to beauty products I am a major hoarder, so I decided to purge and make room for new things that I want to use. 

I love my Beauty Box 5 because every month I get to look forward to adding to my collection and trying out new things. So I am here today to share my "Summer Chic" June box!

Organix Coconut Water Shampoo and Conditioner | Retail $7.99 13oz  I have been wanting to try out this shampoo/conditioner scent ever since I smelled these products in Ulta a couple months ago. I really love the Organix hair products and I am so excited that I received these!

Nicka K Nail Polish |$4.99 If anyone knows me; I am a nail polish addict and I love getting new nail polish. This color is so pretty and I love the formula of these polishes as well. Not sure the name of the color but it is a really nice lilac color. And the bottle is really unique!

Glam Natural Mascara |$28 .25oz This mascara is the perfect one to put in my bag to do touch ups throughout the day. I really like the thick brush on this mascara and that it doesn't irritate my eyes. 

Vita Bath Body Wash |$7.95 12oz This product smells like an actual cupcake, and while I am usually not partial to things that smell super sugary I know I can pass this product along to a friend. I love that this product/brand doesn't contain any sulfates or parabens. 

Eslor Introductory Collection Calming Kit | I have never heard of this brand, but I really enjoy learning about new brands and trying out new skincare. It came with several packets to try out of different skincare products. These products are also paraban free and I can't wait to try them out.

I love this months box because it focused on more natural and products without parabens or harmful chemicals. Those are the products that agree with my skin the most and I love that Beauty Box 5 supplied these new ones to try out!
